I'd be surprised if some "offensive" scenes pass the censors. Britain always seem very strict to me in this regard. Would be very interesting to see their final decision.

- Optimal quality dual-layer disc.

- Booklet featuring new Essay on the film by Tony Rayns, interview with Apichatpong about the film and the cast and an interview with cinematographer Sayombhu Mukdeeprom.

Length / Main Feature: 122 minutes

Length / Special Feature: 9 minutes

Sound: Original Stereo

Language: Thai / Burmese

Original aspect ratio: 16:9 / 1.66:1

Re: Blissfully Yours, great dvd info arsaib4. The date has already changed from May 1st to May 8th but there's still no clarification from the BBFC.

Any idea what could be causing a hold up?

Cheers Trev.

There's obviously something wrong with the BBFC site as Blissfully Yours has been certified '18' and is available.

Because of arsaib4's recommendation and because it's available at a reasonable price - 10GBP, I will be purchasing it tomorrow.

So thank's arsaib4 and I'll try and give my opinion sometime soon.

Cheers Trev.

I'm thinking about it. The cheap Thai DVD I have contains the edited version. (I saw the full feature at Apichatpong's retro.) Btw, from where did you purchase your copy?

I saw it twice today in the City centre, both times it was 10GBP. I think it's pretty much the same at Bensonsworld.
