I did watch this at the German Film Festival.
Guess what, the director and actor were around.

So, how did you like it? I find it interesting that the crew was present at the screening even in Singapore since the film didn't get too much attention over here which is a pity - rarely are there German films which flirt with this genre (Gangster movie) and the social content makes it "hot stuff" because the film practically is a very extreme, harsh take on the conflicts of turkish emigrants in Germany. I thought it was quite compelling due to its naturalistic staging, even though not a masterpiece or something of this class.

I thought the acting was great even though the story might be a bit familiar.

I can't believe the lead acted in Kebab Connection ... ha ha ha
He looked so diff in the movie and in real life ...
