I don't usually approve of advertising on the message boards, but this seems to me rather good news.

Let's see some Malle films on DVD - long overdue.

It's about time they put all the old Chabrol films on DVD! Truffaut, Godard, Rohmer, and Malle have all gotten the DVD treatment (some with Criterion) but Chabrol and especially Rohmer have been underreprented with DVD's.

If Malle's got the DVD treatment, where are all his French films? All I can find are Atlantic City (which is great I admit), My Dinner With Andre, Vanya and Damage.

What I want is Lacombe Lucien, Le Souffle Au Coeur and Au Revoir Les Enfants - surely not too much to ask.
