Does anyone 'Love Liza'?

My friend wants to rent 'Love Liza' tonight, and at the risk of wasting precious time, I thought I'd consult the message board to see if anyone has seen it.

I really wanted to see it at the cinema, but somehow missed it. I've heard only good things about it. Todd Louiso strikes me as the kind of guy who would be a good indie director, and I think Philip Seymour Hoffman is always worth watching. I'd take the risk.

i saw it - i wouldn't say that i loved it but don't get me wrong, it was a really good film. Phillip Seymour Hoffman gives just about the best performance of the year in it, which makes it worth seeing alone. it's definately worth rental price, you won't be dissapointed.

PSH made a much better film this year (and this really is his best perf ever) in "Owning Mahoney", which is about a compulsive gambler. From the same director of "Love and Death on Long Island" from a few years back. EXCELLENT movie.
