If the film you're watching is Y Tu Mama Tambien, and you enjoy it, you might like other recent Mexican films like Amores Perros or El Crimen del Padre Amaro.

Coincidentally, I shut off 8 1/2 in the middle of watching it...

Why don't you tell us what your favorite English-language films are, so we'll know what you're into?

Why didn't you like Y Tu Mama Tambien? It's a really good film.

i would have thought that 8 1/2 was one of the most technically accomplished of all films,a real film buffs delight,it needs to be viewed again & again, it grows on you as La regle du jeu does.
