Remember seeing part of an old Connery film,I believe Sidney Poitier was in it also where they are in a british military prison.Title anyone?Recently saw The Offence and was impressed by Connery. Its a terrible mistake to pigeon hole him as Bond or his recent wise old scottish types.

An IMDb search shows Connery and Poitier have never worked together, so try again...

I was also quite taken by The Offence,a creepy, quiet film that gets under your skin.I guess Connery is just typecast now and can't break the mold.
