Do you know the name of these films? Thanks!

A few years ago, I saw two films, and I wish I wrote down the names. I hope these descriptions help:

1. A teenage - early 20s boy and his young sister were taken by hostage by, I believe Nazis. The young girl was getting ill, and I believe they killed her because it was winter and they did not have a lot of food. Years, later, the Nazis lead normal lives in different parts of the world, and the young girl's brother avenged her by finding each of these men to get revenge.

2. A teenage boy from, I believe, another country was sent to a college prep school where there was a fraternity-like group of boys (I believe German) who would bully and haze the other boys in the school, especially in the cafeteria. They would hit them on the head with a spoon, etc. Well, the boy that was sent there was tough and wouldn't take it. At the end of the movie, the boy who wouldn't take it, beat the lead bully up and gained respect. There was also a romance between this lead actor and a local girl.
