i saw a film in the 60s about a crusty anthropology professor who picks up a stranded woman who turns out to be married to his cousin. naturally they eventually fall in love after disliking one another initially. there was this incredible scene in which they are rowing on a lake in the moonlight with, you guessed it, the ist movement of the moonlight sonata of beethoven playing in the score. i died from the beauty of it, and would love to trackit down. ring bells for anyone out there?
