I think I've asked this again, but could you explain what your ratings (one to ten) mean, I mean what each number signifies? I'm curious because you always have so many 7/8/9 and 10s.

I think some of them are shorts, but it's really incredible.
You watch so many films wpqx? Are you going at this rate the last couple of years already? I think you already mentioned that it has something to do with your sleep deficit/insomnia (?). Anyway it's pretty darn impressive.

Well as far as my rating system it is the equivalent of a 5-star rating, with halves. Three stars would denote an average film, which would come out to be about a 6. Any film I consider above average would therefore be 7-10. Since I'm pretty selective in what I watch it amounts for a good deal of these positive ratings.

August 12th was my birthday and since the White Sox plan fell through I decided there was no better way to spend it then by watching movies, especially since my mono still prevented me from "celebrating". Two of the films were shorts, and neither of the Peter Watkins films were particularly long.

This rate of movie watching is going to be slowing down for awhile. Now that I'm back in school and working on weekends it will limit me. However having nearly two months of no work and no school allowed for a monstrous supply of cinema viewing. However once baseball season ends the number might pick up a bit.
