The grosest film i ever saw was: Lies (Korean). Peter Greenaway's 'The Cook, the thief, his wife and her lover' was grose too. The movie made no sense and the last scene was just too bad in taste!

I don't think any film will ever beat the closing scene of John Waters' "Pink Flamingos" There will never be another actress so devoted to her work as Divine was.

Three that dome to mind as truly gross are :

LEOLO
LA VIE DE JESUS
L'HUMANITE

They are also three of the best films I have ever seen.

A new one (to me, anyway) that's pretty gross is the Korean film "Address Unknown", with some pretty heavy violence by US standards. It does to dogs what "Gummo" did to cats, among some fairly heavy human-on-human stuff.

The grossest film I ever saw was The Cook The Thief His Wife and Her Lover. Lynch's Eraserhead was pretty gross too.
