The film is Ok but Wong Kar Wei's "Ashes of Time" leaves it for dead,as do the King hu films"Touch of Zen" & "The Fate Of Lee Khan",suggest you guys check them out.

I'm with Maya - I don't know why everyone thinks this movie is great. Yea, it was not bad, but come on - it was not a masterpiece. I still don't see how it made it to the top.

It was not a bad movie, but I will not spend a dollar for the DVD. It will not even watch it again.

Totally agree with jasjesbe and im2good4u33. It was just another hollywood flick in Chinese - I'll dump any Jackie Chan movie made in the past 5 years in this category as well. In CTHD, the scenes were cool, but that was it.

Now, Eat, Drink, Man, Woman was a great movie. Great character development.

The only reason this movie won anything is because it's the same idiots that are making the movie, who are judging it. It's like giving your self a pat on the back and expecting people to agree with you.
