Great cinematography?...

Hmm.. all Zhang Yimou movies, especially Raise the red lantern.. and of course Chen Kaige's movies like Farewell my concubine, The Emperor and the Assassin.
Also Tsui Hark movies like Once upon a time in China 1 to 3, The Lovers, the Blade, Green Snake...
All Wong Kar Wai's movies.. especially Fallen Angels, In the mood for love and Happy Together.

And old B&W movies of Kurosawa, like Rashomon or Drunken Angel (my favorite).

By the way, it's funny to me to post on a forum where French movies are considered "foreign" movies, since they are so familiar to me and are just the local movies, haha !
Has any of you seen Le Pacte des Loups (brotherhood of the wolves)? or "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain" (Amelie)?
These have great cinematography too.
