Marine biologist Mary Beth strikes up a friendship with her neighbor, Terry, whose dog Zeus quickly bonds with Roxanne, a dolphin that Mary Beth is studying. Meanwhile, Terry's son and Mary Beth's daughters play matchmaker for their parents.
