Former gangster Bill Manucci (James Belushi) is part of the federal Witness Protection Program, hiding in the small, redneck town of Harmony. But his reconstructed life falls apart when he successfully pulls off a multimillion-dollar heist. Thanks to the questionable loyalties of Manucci's wife (Vanessa Angel), he soon finds himself on the run from four mobsters and corrupt lawman Dex Drier (Timothy Dalton) in this fast-paced, action comedy.
