Jason London stars as lovelorn psycho Chris Murdock in this fast-paced thriller. Unwilling to let his old girlfriend Kaori Ozaki (Miwa Kawagoe) move on with her life, Murdock begins murdering Japanese men who have shown her kindness by setting off bombs all over Seattle. With the big one set to blow in less than 72 hours, it's up to FBI agent Sara Davis (Lori Petty) to hunt down the crazed Murdock.
