When Zamindar meets Rajanigandha, he is besot by her beauty and decides to marry her. Sadly, he soon learns that Rajanigandha is in love with Muthu, who works for Zamindar. Zamindar is killed, and the blame is placed on Muthu. But as the story unravels, we realize that the perpetrator is closer to Zamindar's family.
