A live-action comedy featuring the villains from the Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoons. The Cold War has yet to thaw in Pottsylvania, and Fearless Leader (Christopher Neame) is using bumbling spies Boris Badenov (Dave Thomas) and Natasha Fatale (Sally Kellerman) as bait to lay his corrupt hands on a time-reverse microchip. But Boris and Natasha want no part of his plan, so they defect to America to foil Fearless Leader's dastardly deeds.
