This heartwarming yet at-times disturbing "shockumentary" follows a few days in the life of Jeff, a beer-drinking, porno-consuming wrestling fanatic with Down Syndrome. Living in squalor with his elderly, wheelchair-bound foster mom -- who pins their future hopes on winning the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes -- Jeff simply goes about his daily existence, which includes petty theft, bum-rushing celebrities and fondling women.
