N'Bushe Wright, Monica Calhoun, Lisa Raye, Mos Def and Tichina Arnold star in this drama about Frances Shepherd, a prisoner at Whitehead Correctional Institute, where making money -- rather than making a difference and rehabilitating inmates -- is, unfortunately, the main motivation for those who run it. But Frances and her fellow prisoners have had enough, and they're prepared to fight for change, whatever the cost.
