A luckless ex-Elvis impersonator, Eddie is stuck in a dead-end security job making barely enough to live out of his van. A chance to hit it big again presents itself when he's offered a comeback gig at a seedy nightclub. But who'd have thought that this veteran Elvis wanna-be would have a breakdown on stage, giving the audience an unintended glimpse into the soul of an entertainer at the bottom of the Hollywood food chain.
