Drug-addicted Jane Doe (Calista Flockhart) has become the inspiration for youthful writer Horace (Christopher Peditto). As Horace gets ideas for his writing, he falls increasingly in love with Jane, but first he must try to rid her of a staggering load of emotional baggage. Their affecting voyage will take them throughout the East Coast in search of healing truths.
