Legendary bluesman Muddy Waters is the subject of this heartfelt tribute concert recorded in 1997 in Washington, D.C. Performers such as Buddy Guy, John Haitt, Junior Lockwood and the Rolling Stones' Keith Richards jam on some of Waters's most famous tunes. Actor Billy Dee Williams narrates this film in which relatives of the guitarist also appear.
