Feeling as if they can't make a difference in the corrupt system, the Mumbai police force has given up trying to rid the city of crime. Businessmen with mafia ties are allowed to run free, making big money and exploiting the citizens of the city -- that is, until a new IPS officer transfers from Pune. From the start, the new officer is intent on making major changes, but he can't do it alone. Will the existing agents pull together and help out?
