On a blistering summer day in New Orleans, BJ (Troy Anders) attempts to keep his dead brother's legacy alive by throwing the coolest, rowdiest block party of the season. But first BJ must overcome a green-eyed baby-mamma and a crooked cop who's out to undermine the festivities.
