In this animated fantasy, a burnt-out rocker (Lou Reed) tries to recapture his former glory by making a pact with a post-apocalyptic spirit. In need of an untrammeled young voice to contact the ghoul, Mok decides to kidnap the lead singer (Deborah Harry) of an up-and-coming rock band.
