With a rash of violent crimes erupting all over town and an impending gang war waiting in the wings, it's all Turin police inspectors Moretti (George Hilton) and Danieli (Emanuel Cannarsa) can do to prevent their city from becoming the crime capital of the world. And to make matters worse, a mysterious ruthless killer known as "the Avenger" is dispensing his own brand of justice, taking it upon himself to clean up the streets.
