Don't mind Harold Thompson (George Wendt), the mild-mannered bachelor in this idyllic suburban neighborhood -- he's just a serial killer. And he has his sights set on his hot new neighbor Celia (Meredith Monroe). But when he invites her to be a part of his "family," the suburbs get messy.
