When a backpacker is bitten by a poisonous spider while traipsing through the Indian jungle, his friends seek help from an American doctor (Lance Henriksen) living in a nearby village that harbors carefully guarded secrets. As the travelers learn more about the man who's saving their friend's life, they also learn of his role in a disturbing tribal ritual involving corpses and hungry arachnids in this made-for-TV horror film.
