Six sheltered friends (Hannah Taylor-Gordon, Mary Nighy, Natalia Tena, Anna Maguire, Anya Lahiri and Emily Pimm) attending a secluded girls' school in turn-of-the-century Germany find themselves embroiled in a dangerous game of love and lust that leads to a pair of mysterious disappearances. Jacqueline Bisset also stars in this period drama based on the novel Mine-Haha or Physical Education of Young Girls by German scribe Frank Wedekind.
