When his evil older brother, Voltan (Jack Palance), kills their father and kidnaps a nun (Annette Crosbie), it's up to valiant warrior Hawk (John Terry) to stop him. Aided by an elf, a giant and a dwarf, Hawk sets out on a quest to find a magical sword before Voltan gets a hold of it. In a classic battle of good vs. evil, the brothers ultimately square off over the mystical weapon, which imbues its owner with "the Power."
