With his eye on making a name for himself as a rapper, Donzelli Waters (Brian Hooks) drags his best friends (Kent Masters King and Sticky Fingaz) to Malibu to crash the Boogie Beach Bash, where they're surrounded by women of every sort -- and have a hard time staying on task. Real-life rapper E-40 and "Baywatch" regular Traci Bingham guest star as themselves in this straight-to-video hip-hop comedy.
