On one fateful day in 1986, Army veteran Steven Down's (Matthew Tompkins) life was turned upside down, when an assignment in Nicaragua led to his capture at the hands of a paramilitary unit who beat and tortured him within inches of his life. Years later, when a chance encounter brings Down face-to-face with the man he believes was responsible for his torment, the former soldier becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth and exacting revenge.
