After a failed drug sting, DEA agent Jack (David Bradley) races to a Caribbean island to help his fellow agent and brother, Phillip (Todd Jensen). But when he arrives, he discovers Phillip has been turned into a fierce cyborg -- and does not welcome Jack with open arms.
