Annavaram (Pawan Kalyan) is so protective of his sister Varam (Sandhya) that he not only arranges her marriage but also makes sure that she and her husband (Siva Balaji) are kept safe from local thugs who are threatening their lives. While Varam prepares to deliver her first child, Annavaram settles into serious business, taking up arms against the bad guys and making the city of Hyderabad a safer place.
