Dinkar Rao Bhosale (Sachin Khedekar) struggles to make ends meet and blames his Maharashtrian heritage for all his troubles. When a shady developer tries to oust him from his home, Dinkar curses Shivaji Maharaj and is stunned when the ancient ruler (Mahesh Manjrekar) actually appears. Shivaji rebukes Dinkar for passively accepting his fate, inspiring him to devise a brilliant plan to outwit the real-estate baron.
