In this chilling docudrama, criminal investigator Robert Keppel (Bruce Greenwood) is pursuing the infamous Green River Killer -- still at large -- when he decides to enlist the aid of another serial killer to try to apprehend him. The man in question is Ted Bundy (Cary Elwes), then imprisoned in Florida and awaiting possible execution -- something Bundy hoped to put off, or even escape, by cooperating with the investigators on the Green River case.
