When Del Green (Donovan Leitch) crashes a popular Philadelphia dance party show in 1965, he soon becomes a teen sensation, teamed with his dream girl, Vicky (Jennifer Runyon). Now he must decide whether to pursue stardom or to continue with his plan to attend an Ivy League college. Meanwhile, manipulative host Perry Parker (Joe Pantoliano) strives to become the next Dick Clark in this musical drama.
