This hilarious parody of World War II movies finds the overly zealous Sgt. Duke Roscoe (Gary Kroeger) leading his band of ornery oddballs into the North African desert to blow up a vital German fuel dump in Tobruk ... or were their orders NOT to blow it up? Gen. Von Kraut (Marc Singer), the head of the opposing forces, deals with his own incompetent soldiers as he combats Roscoe's men and runs afoul of teacher Miss Sadie (Gretchen German).
