After her mother's brutal murder, Ellie Masters (Melody Patterson) goes to live at an orphanage run by the sadistic Mrs. Deere (Gloria Grahame), who's keeping a gruesome secret in the facility's meat freezer -- the bodies of orphans who've tried to escape. Knowing she's in big trouble from the start, Ellie does her best to survive the carnage while looking for a way to escape her prison and continue the search for her long-missing father.
