Paul Walker

Good-looking and charming from the get-go, actor Paul Walker made his first professional appearance as a toddler (in a Pampers commercial) and has been working ever since. Born Sept. 12, 1973, in Glendale, Calif., Walker spent most of his youth on TV, appearing on sitcoms such as "Charles in Charge" and the soap opera "The Young and the Restless."

In 1998, Walker's surfer looks and skills helped land him his first starring role in a feature film, Disney's Meet the Deedles. Next up was the critically acclaimed Pleasantville, followed by a string of teen flicks, including Varsity Blues and She's All That (opposite Freddie Prinze Jr.).

With 2001's The Fast and the Furious, Walker officially entered the action star realm, cementing his status with subsequent roles in Joy Ride and 2 Fast 2 Furious. Recent films for Walker include Into the Blue (2005) and Running Scared (2006).
