Zeta-Jones finally made her way into television in a 1991 series called "Darling Buds of May," which became a hit in the United Kingdom and turned her into a star. But she didn't make an impression worldwide until she was cast opposite Antonio Banderas in The Mask of Zorro in 1998 and in Entrapment a year later.
Soon thereafter, Jones' career skyrocketed with roles in Traffic (2000) and America's Sweethearts (2001), capped off by Chicago (2002), for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her other films of note include Ocean's Twelve (2004) and No Reservations (2007).
